The most effective fiber for keeping the body warm and dry is what we get from sheep, that is, wool. For those of you who find wool to be scratchy, you need to get either Merino, Alpaca, or Cashmere. They are very soft to the touch, and they will keep you warm and dry during the winter months ahead.
To help you to heal from winter accidents and injuries, may I recommend Deer Antler. It has everything your joints need to heal, plus it has the growth hormones needed in order to assist your body’s healing process. With deer antler, you can heal much faster than without it. When doing any type of manual work, such as shoveling snow, keep in mind that when you lift any weight up to the level of your chest, that you are putting a greater strain on your heart, then when you keep the weight below chest level. The older we get, the more we should keep that fact in mind.
Since 80% of all heart problems involve the heart muscle itself, just taking Cardiotrophin PMG, Wheat Germ Oil, and the herb Hawthorn will help keep the heart itself going strong. Wheat Germ Oil has the extra added benefit of increasing your stamina, which is something most people want in general.
If you have questions about these recommendations, feel free to call me and we’ll discuss them.
